Plant portrait: Malus toringo “Freja”
Three years ago, we planted a new ornamental apple variety on stem in our wooden border towards the street side. Already in the first year you could guess its “potential”. This year he’s just a stunner. Late flowering, the crown is a sea of flowers in crimson pink. The growth is relatively compact and rather slowly growing. Windproof, no scab and only small fruits. Highly recommended variety and species!
