Merry month of May?

May begins as April has stopped: Unstable and changeable.

Nevertheless, the garden benefits from the rain in the last weeks and the current cool temperatures let nature pause a bit.

The last bulbous plants – such as Camassia, Hyacinthoides, Ornithogalum and late tulips – are slowly blooming. The perennial beds grow rapidly and the entire garden is in rich and lush green.

Next we look forward to the roses and clematis flower.

In the Clematis, the first varieties are already in bloom, such as Asao and the roses have plenty of buds.
