Fruit harvest

Last week we finished the pear harvest. Our two 70 year old pear trees (Clapps Liebling and Williams Christ) give us rich each year.

At the beginning of the week, we pick the apples and bring them mostly for juicing. The two apple trees are also around 70 years old. The variety finding is not easy and moves towards small purplish apples.

The thickest and most beautiful apples from the tree top are processed into applesauce or come into the street sale.
