Eschscholzia californica “Thai Silk Apple Blossom”

The gold poppy blooms gorgeous this year. It has spread well over the past few years by self-sowing on our gravel surface. Gold poppy – also known as california poppy – belongs to the poppy family. The Thai Silk Appleblossom variety has beautiful double, frilled and folded petals and blooms from May to October.
